Often we want to come to our meditative spaces to do inner work, tune out noise, and create space to have our thoughts and feelings. We practice non-attachment, self-awareness, and breathing techniques. Many meditation modalities do.

But what if you struggle and can’t fully grasp meditating and its benefits, stillness, and presence as a means of healing? Sometimes we can’t sit still, focus our thoughts, or find we’re stunted by our physical discomfort; we feel like we get farther away from the goal.

The Indra Meditation experience seeks to incorporate five senses—touch, taste, sight, smell, and sound—to ease you into a relaxed state of healing and awareness. It’s designed to give you individualized space and time, and an uninterrupted and highly personal healing modality.
